Job description
Responsibilities
- Own and evolve our full-funnel lifecycle marketing strategy: onboarding, engagement, upsell, reactivation, win-back, and loyalty;
- Build high-impact journeys across email, push, SMS, WhatsApp, in-app, and telesales -mapped to behavior, risk profile, and product use;
- Design segmentation and targeting logic that supports personalization at scale, including personabased, behavioral, and predictive models;
- Deploy AI-powered automation for real-time triggers, churn risk scoring, upsell modeling, and dynamic content delivery;
- Optimize customer journeys through experimentation (A/B, multivariate, holdout groups) with a focus on LTV, retention, churn, and CAC payback;
- Own CRM infrastructure (Customer.io, Mixpanel, Salesforce, etc.) and coordinate with engineering/data to streamline workflows and data quality;
- Collaborate with performance, brand, and product marketing to ensure consistent messaging and full-funnel customer experience;
- Establish and track lifecycle KPIs – from conversion to revenue per user – and report performance to executive stakeholders; Build and mentor a small but powerful team of lifecycle marketers, CRM analysts, and automation specialists.
Requirements
Experience and Skills
- 3+ years’ experience in lifecycle, CRM, retention, or performance marketing – ideally in real estate;
- Proven ability to scale lifecycle programs using marketing automation platforms (Customer.io, Braze, Iterable, Salesforce, etc.);
- Strong command of data – from segmentation to cohort analysis to attribution; familiarity with Mixpanel, GA4, CDPs, and Looker/Tableau;
- Experience with AI/ML in marketing – personalization engines, churn models, LTV prediction, or content automation;
- Ability to partner with Product, Data, Growth, and CX to drive measurable business outcomes;
- Excellent project management and communication skills;
- A bias for testing, learning, and execution – and a track record of building systems that scale
