Technical Skills: Salesforce financial services cloudJava development experienceApex, lightning web components (LWC) and salesforce flowREST/SOAP APIs, platform events and change data captureSalesforce DX, CLI and source-driven development and deployment pipelinesExperience and requirements: 6+ years of software development experience, with meaningful salesforce platform exposureRelevant tertiary qualification in Information TechnologyExperience designing and delivering complex salesforce solutions end-to-endAbility to lead salesforce architecture, make technical decisions and explain them to engineers, architects and business stakeholdersExperience in regulated or financial services environments is advantageousPassion for mentoring developers and driving engineering standards and best practicesKey responsibilities: Lead architectural decisions and enhance the salesforce insurance platformDevelop policy lifecycle management, claims processing and client relationship management capabilitiesIntegrate policy administration, claims intake, adjudication and payment processing systemsBuild and maintain complex Apex logic, LWC and salesforce flowsEnsure platform scalability and reliability as the business growsMentor junior and intermediate developersEvaluate and introduce Salesforce capabilities to advance the platformReference number for this position is GZ61558 which is a permanent position based in Sandton offering a cost to company salary of R1.6m per annum negotiable on experience and ability.
