We’re looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer who knows Java and Spring Boot inside out and is ready to push boundaries, challenge the status quo and make things happen.

### Our technology stack

- Java and Spring Boot

- Kafka or similar messaging platforms

- PostgreSQL

- AWS cloud services

- Terraform and infrastructure as code

- Odin ecosystem: internal tooling and platform integrations

- AI-assisted development tools

### Experience And Requirements

- 6+ years of proven back-end software development experience delivering production-grade systems at scale

- Preferred: Relevant tertiary qualification in Information Technology

- Deep Java and Spring Boot expertise in event-driven or distributed systems

- Hands-on experience with Kafka, PostgreSQL and AWS

- Knowledge of Terraform and DevOps practices.

- Experience with domain-driven and event-driven architectures.

- Strong understanding of distributed systems, saga patterns, circuit breakers, bulkheads, SQL/NoSQL optimisation, RESTful APIs, event streaming and cloud computing

- Knowledge of unit, integration and contract testing, SDLC, agile delivery and version control

- Payments, fintech or financial services experience preferred

- Ability to engage confidently with senior business stakeholders, work independently and take ownership
