## Job Description

### Role Overview

The Senior Consultant will lead the design and implementation of digital transformation initiatives, focusing on ICT modernization and enterprise learning ecosystems. This role involves advising institutional leadership, managing multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring solutions align with organizational goals and international standards.

### Key Responsibilities

- Lead large-scale digital transformation and enterprise ICT projects.

- Design and implement enterprise digital learning ecosystems and Learning Management Systems (LMS).

- Lead multidisciplinary consulting teams across regional assignments.

- Engage with high-level stakeholders, including government institutions, regulators, financial institutions, and development partners.

- Provide strategic advisory services to strengthen institutional capacity in digital learning and ICT systems.

### Qualifications and Experience

- Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, ICT, Digital Transformation, Educational Technology, or a related field.

- PMP®, PRINCE2®, TOGAF®, Agile Scrum Master, or equivalent project management and enterprise architecture certifications.

- At least 15 years of professional experience leading large-scale digital transformation and enterprise ICT projects.

- Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing enterprise digital learning ecosystems or Learning Management Systems (LMS).

- Experience leading multidisciplinary consulting teams.

- Strong stakeholder engagement and institutional capacity development experience.

- Experience working with government institutions, regulators, financial institutions, development partners, or international organizations will be an added advantage.

### Applicants should demonstrate

- Experience delivering complex ICT or digital transformation assignments.

- Strong report writing and presentation skills.

- Experience working with government agencies, financial institutions, higher education institutions, or development partners.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

- Experience working in Eastern Africa or similar regional contexts is desirable.
