Job Summary

 
- We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Communications & PR Officer with strong expertise in corporate communications, public relations, brand positioning and digital marketing. The successful candidate will be responsible for strengthening the organisation\'s corporate image, managing its communication channels and driving brand visibility among local and international audiences.

Key Responsibilities

 
- Develop and execute corporate communication, public relations and brand positioning strategies.
 
- Manage media relations, press releases, corporate content and storytelling.
 
- Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance brand awareness and digital engagement.
 
- Manage company websites, CMS platforms, blogs and digital content.
 
- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns targeting local and diaspora audiences.
 
- Manage corporate reputation, public image and stakeholder engagement.
 
- Coordinate corporate events, media engagements and public relations activities.
 
- Monitor campaign performance, digital engagement and communication effectiveness.
 
- Ensure consistency of corporate messaging across all communication platforms.

Requirements

 
- Bachelors degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing or a related field.
 
- At least 5 years relevant experience in corporate communications, PR or digital marketing.
 
- Proven experience in media relations, brand management and corporate communications.
 
- Strong digital marketing and social media management skills.
 
- Hands-on experience with website administration and CMS platforms, preferably WordPress.
 
- Excellent writing, editing, presentation and communication skills.
 
- Strong understanding of local and international media landscapes.
 
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful marketing campaigns.
