Security Supervisor supervising and coordinating security operations, requiring a Diploma in Criminology with 3+ years experience in the security field in the rank of at least a corporal, in an FMCG environment, on-site role. In keeping with our current business needs and growing need to support our customers through timely delivery of products to the market, we are looking for suitable applicants who will drive sales growth, develop strong customer relationship and maximize revenue opportunities within designated region Job Purpose To supervise and coordinate security operations, ensuring the safety and protection of  personnel, property, assets, and premises while maintaining high security standards and responding effectively to security incidents.  ### Key Responsibilities - Supervise and coordinate security personnel to adhere to appropriate security rules and procedures. - Enforce security protocols, policies, and procedures necessary for safeguarding lives and property. - Oversee the coordination of staff during an emergency situation. - Monitor security related concerns by patrolling within GDFCS Ltd installations - Maintain law and order within GDFCS Ltd installations - Look out for suspicious activities or safety hazards within GDFCS Ltd installations, report or take necessary action. - Report and Respond to alarms and distress calls - Monitor all electronic security systems including the burglar alarms, fire alarms, CCTV and patrol management and immediately report any systems malfunction. - Monitors the functionalities and effectiveness of security services provided by security companies with complete transparency and professionalism. - Carry out any investigations as required, Document reports on security-related matters within GDFCS Ltd installations and share them with security officer and HR & Administration Manager. Qualifications - Diploma in criminology &criminal Justice, Risk management and security management or other relevant field from a recognized or accredited university/tertiary college - KCSE certificate minimum aggregate C (Minus). - An ex-police or military officer discharged honorably and of good conduct is and an added advantage (Certificate of good conduct is a must) - Must possess three (3) years’ experience in security field in the rank of at least a corporal - Good knowledge of security procedures, access control, patrols, incident reporting, and emergency response ### How to apply If you are up to the challenge and possess the necessary qualification and experience; kindly forward your applications enclosing detailed curriculum vitae, and contacts of three referees to hroffice@fresha.co.ke with (Security Supervisor) as the subject by close of business 19th September, 2026.
