VACANCY ANNOUNCEMENT @ GOOD SOIL ACADEMYPOSITION: Security ManagerJob Purpose:The security manager is responsible to lead and oversee all campus Security & safety, emergency planning, and crisis response. Responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing all security & safety measures for the campus and maintaining a safe, secure, and orderly environment for students, staff, and visitors.Minimum Requirements:- Education: Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in security management, law enforcement, emergency management, or a related field (or diploma combined with extensive supervisory security experience)- Experience: At least 3 to 5 years of experience in safety or security, with a minimum of 2 to 3 years in a supervisory or management role.- Knowledge: Understanding school security operations, Government Security & Safety regulations & emergency response coordination- Skills: Strong leadership, crisis management, communication, and the ability to build trust with students, staff, and first responders.- Clearance: Clean criminal record and ability to pass required background checks.Application Deadline: 17 September 2026How to Apply:Send your application to: bmunthali@goodsoilpartners.org and wsaka@goodsoilpartners.org
