Security Manager overseeing security operations, managing CCTV and surveillance systems and leading investigations into theft and security breaches, requiring a diploma or degree in Criminology, Security Management or Law Enforcement and minimum 3-5 years security management experience, in a construction and manufacturing environment, on-site role. Juyons Kenya is looking for a qualified and experienced Security Manager to oversee security operations across our company facilities. ### Key Responsibilities - Manage overall security operations and procedures. - Ensure protection of company assets, employees, materials and equipment. - Manage and monitor CCTV, surveillance, access control, alarms and other security gadgets/systems. - Conduct security risk assessments and implement loss-prevention measures. - Supervise security guards and outsourced security service providers. - Lead investigations into theft, security breaches and other incidents. - Maintain security records and prepare incident reports for management. - Liaise with the Police and other relevant security agencies when required. ### Requirements - Diploma/Degree in Criminology, Security Management, Forensic Science, Law Enforcement or a related field. - Minimum 3-5 years’ relevant experience in security management. - Experience in construction, manufacturing or a similar environment is an added advantage. - Strong knowledge and practical experience in CCTV, surveillance and security technology. - Experience in security investigations and loss prevention. - Military, Police or Law Enforcement background is an added advantage. - Strong leadership, communication and report-writing skills. - Must be able to work in a construction/site environment and respond to security incidents when required. ### How to Apply Send your updated CV to hr@juyonskenya.com Subject: SECURITY MANAGER – JUYONS KENYA Application Deadline: 30th September, 2026 ## Requirements Apply by email: hr@juyonskenya.com ## Apply Use the canonical Prime Job Alerts page for full application instructions and source verification.
