The organisation invites applications from suitably qualified and experienced Malawians to fill the following positions.SECURITY GUARDSNumber of Positions: 4Duty Stations:2 Security Guards – Chitipa1 Security Guard – Karonga Boma1 Security Guard – SongweReports to: Head Guard / Designated SupervisorKey ResponsibilitiesConduct regular patrols of Lusubilo premises, residential areas, project sites and other organisational property.Secure buildings, equipment and assets against theft, damage, fire and unauthorised access.Control and monitor access to premises.Report suspicious activities and security risks.Prevent and respond to trespassing, theft, vandalism and other security incidents.Respond to emergencies and support fire prevention and safety initiatives.Maintain security records and occurrence books.Follow organisation policies and perform other duties as assigned.Minimum QualificationsMalawi School Certificate of Education (MSCE) or equivalent.Previous experience as a security guard.Relevant security training (added advantage).Ability to read and write basic English.Good physical fitness and ability to work shifts.Good knowledge of the local area (added advantage).TEMPORARY ENUMERATOR TALENT POOLEmployment Type: Temporary / Need-Based AssignmentsDuty Stations: Various locations within Lusubilo Community Care's areas of operation in MalawiLusubilo Community Care is establishing a Talent Pool of Temporary Enumerators to support upcoming research, assessments, monitoring exercises, surveys, programme evaluations, baseline and endline studies, and other data collection activities. Inclusion in the talent pool does not constitute a guarantee of employment or assignment.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct household and community surveys.Collect quantitative and qualitative data (including FGDs & KIIs).Use digital data collection platforms (KoboToolbox/KoboCollect, CommCare, ODK) or paper-based tools.Obtain informed consent and maintain confidentiality.Synchronise and submit data within set timelines.Participate in training, pre-testing and field piloting.Report field and technical challenges.Follow research, safeguarding and data protection procedures.Minimum QualificationsA Degree in a relevant field such as Development Studies, Social Sciences, Community Development, Public Health, Agriculture, Education, Monitoring & Evaluation, IT or related field.Previous experience in data collection (added advantage).Good communication and listening skills.Proficiency in English and Chichewa (additional local languages an advantage).Ability to work independently and in teams.HOW TO APPLYSubmit the following documents:Application letter (indicating the position and duty station where applicable)Updated CVCopies of academic and professional certificatesCopy of National IDContact details of at least two refereesSend your application to:The Human Resources & Administration Manager Lusubilo Community Care Karonga, MalawiEmail: recruitment@lusubilo.org.mwUse the position title as the subject of the email.CLOSING DATE: 25th SEPTEMBER 2026Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
