• Training Period: Selected candidates must undergo a mandatory 14-day training program.
  

• Physical & Mobility: Must be physically fit and able to perform security duties.
  

• Practical Skills: Demonstrate relevant practical skills related to security responsibilities.
  

• Literacy: Strong literacy and numeracy skills for reporting and communication.
  

• Integrity: Maintain a clean criminal record and uphold the company's core values of integrity, professionalism, and excellence.
  

Remuneration: KES 12,000 and above.

Requirements

• Education: Minimum Form 4 (KCSE) completion.
  

• Age Bracket: 25 – 45 years.
  

• Height Standards: * Men: Minimum 5'8"
  

  • Ladies: Minimum 5'6"
    

• Mandatory Documentation: * Valid Certificate of Good Conduct.
  

  • Chief’s Letter.
    

  • Names and ID copies of three (3) referees.
