- A) INTERNATIONAL/CAMBRIDGE (LOWER & UPPER) – TEACHING ROLES

JOB 1: SCHOOL MANAGER (1 Post)

FULL-TIME/Senior Leadership | Academic Leadership & Operations Excellence

SMT International School Zambia invites applications from a strategic, academically grounded leader to serve as School Manager.

Core Responsibilities

- Provide decisive leadership in academic excellence, discipline, and school operations.

- Ensure strict implementation of school policies, safeguarding procedures, and performance systems.

- Lead the school’s technical management system: standards, reporting, quality assurance, and improvement cycles.

- Manage staff performance, mentoring, appraisal, and professional development.

- Deliver clear operational accountability: attendance, learners’ welfare, learning standards, and reporting,

Minimum Qualifications & Requirements

- Five (5) O-Levels.

- Bachelor’s Degree in Teaching (or equivalent). Master’s Degree will be an added advantage.

- Registered with the Teaching Council of Zambia (TCZ).

- Computer literate (must demonstrate operational ICT competence).

- Familiarity with ECZ and Cambridge assessment systems.

- Ten (10) years’ experience at Senior Management Level (required).
