Beyond generating leads, you will be accountable for converting opportunities into orders, ensuring that every quotation and client engagement progresses toward measurable results.
Quote-to-order conversion ratio (critical measure of success).Monthly and quarterly sales targets achieved.New client acquisition rate.Client retention and satisfaction scores.Market penetration in targeted mining and industrial regions.Timeliness of quotation turnaround and follow-up discipline.Requirements:
5+ years sales experience in Industrial and Mining industriesExperience with polyurethane productsStrong understanding of mining operations, maintenance processes, and procurement cyclesAbility to interpret engineering drawings and explain product applications.Own car + willing to travel
