Job Description

To lead, coach, and supervise a team of Universal Sales Consultants (UCs) in driving sustainable sales growth, customer acquisition, and relationship deepening within the Personal & Private Banking business. The role is responsible for delivering business performance through effective sales execution, exceptional customer experience, people leadership, and adherence to risk and compliance standards.

### Qualifications

Type of Qualification: First Degree

Experience Required
3-4 years

- Proven sales track record within the financial services industry, with strong proactive business development and client acquisition capabilities, complemented by effective stakeholder management experience

- Experience in any supervisory role will be an added advantage.
