## Job Description

Sales Team Leader leading and motivating a high-performing sales team, building and managing a quality loan portfolio and monitoring portfolio performance and collections, requiring a degree in a Business-related field, minimum 2 years experience leading a sales team and strong leadership and negotiation skills, in a credit and financial services environment, on-site role in Kilifi.

### Key Responsibilities

- Lead and motivate a high-performing sales team

- Build and manage a quality loan portfolio Coach, recruit and develop Sales Agents

- Monitor portfolio performance and collections

- Identify new market opportunities and generate leads

- Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales target

Qualifications & Experience

- Degree in a Business related field

- Minimum 2 years’ experience leading a sales team

- Strong leadership, communication and negotiation skills Results-oriented with excellent customer relationship skills

- Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets
