### Key Responsibilities

- Lead and motivate a high-performing sales team .

- Drive sales growth and achieve business targets • Build and manage a quality loan portfolio

- Coach, recruit and develop Sales Agents

- Monitor portfolio performance and collections

- Review loan applications and ensure compliance

- Identify new market opportunities and generate leads

Qualifications

- Diploma/Degree in a Business-related field

- Minimum 2 years’ experience leading a sales team

- Proven experience selling financial products

- Strong leadership, communication and negotiation skills .

- Results-oriented with excellent customer relationship skills

- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
