### KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead and motivate a high-performing sales team

Build and manage a quality loan portfolio Coach, recruit and develop Sales Agents

Monitor portfolio performance and collections

Identify new market opportunities and generate leads

Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales target

### QUALIFICATIONS

Degree in a Business related field

Minimum 2 years' experience leading a sales team
