Position: Sales and Service Consultants (Motor Insurance) Location: George, Garden Route, South Africa Company: Pacific International Insurance Working Hours: 00:00 – 08:00 AM | Monday – Friday We are looking for an energetic, customer-centric Sales and Service Consultant to join our George-based team. The role As a sales and service consultant, you in the frontline in taking care of our customers, creating a great first impression and building long-lasting relationships. The role is essential in securing customers, retaining customers, and providing exceptional service across inbound/outbound channels. You will assist customers by understanding their needs, providing product information, processing policy extensions, and ensuring every interaction is handled with care, accuracy, and professionalism. Key responsibilities Manage inbound and outbound calls to sell or service motor insurance policiesDeliver outstanding, accurate service across phone, email, and written communicationApply underwriting guidelines and decline risks outside appetite where requiredUse proven sales techniques to confidently close leads and secure new businessComplete daily tasks, follow workflows, and meet deadlines and targetsEnsure compliance with all Pacific International Insurance policies and proceduresPerform additional duties aligned with your skills and experience as directed by your managerReady to apply? Requirements

What you’ll need to succeed Grade 12 / national senior certificateA passion for sales and meeting targetsA resilient, positive and customer-focused mindsetStrong multitasking skills and the ability to work under pressureExperience in customer service or salesUnderstanding of insurance fundamentals or willingness to learnIntermediate computer skills (Microsoft Office)Excellent English written and verbal communicationNice-to-have skills Previous experience in insurance or financial servicesExperience closing sales (face-to-face or telephonic)Strong interpersonal skills and relationship-building abilityConfidence in probing and gathering detailed customer information
