VACANCY ANNOUNCEMENT@MHC-HENAN GUOJI DEVELOPMENT Co, LTD POSITION: SALES REPRESENTATIVELocation: Lilongwe OVERVIEW MHC-Henan Guoji Development Co, Ltd is a Joint Venture between Malawi Housing Corporation and Henan Guoji Development Company Limited from China. The company is currently selling and managing residential town houses in Lilongwe Area 49 Sector 5. The project is called Guoji Dream Town.Applications are invited from suitably qualified and experienced candidates to fill the following vacant position:SALES REPRESENTATIVEMain AttributesExcellent communication skills to deal with a broad range of customers and ability to persuade and negotiate with clients.Duties and ResponsibilitiesPromoting Guoji dream town houses to existing and potential customersIdentifying target market.Scheduling appointments and meetings as necessary both online and face to face.Producing excellent weekly reports.Establishing, developing and maintaining positive business and customer relationshipsAny other duties assigned from time to timeThe interested individuals should have:A minimum of a diploma in Sales and Marketing or related fieldNot less than two years relevant working experienceKnowledge in Real Estate marketing will be an added advantageInterested, suitable and qualified individuals should send their application letters detailed Curriculum Vitae with three traceable referees and copies of certificates to the Administration Manager through the email address:mhchenanguojivacancies@gmail.comClosing date for receiving applications is Saturday, August 15th, 2026
