LOCAL SALES REPRESENTATIVE — DISTRICT OVERVIEW Polymed SACCO is expanding membership across Blantyre, Lilongwe, Mangochi, Machinga, Zomba, Nsanje, Chikhwawa, Neno, Dedza, Ntchisi, Kasungu and Nkhotakota and is looking for energetic, locally-connected individuals to join our field recruitment team.Who We're Looking ForResident of or well-known within District who are familiar with local schools, health facilities, and community leadersStrong communicator, comfortable speaking with teachers, health workers, and civil servantsTrustworthy and well-regarded in the community (references may be required)Basic literacy — able to complete membership forms accuratelyWhat You'll DoIntroduce Polymed SACCO products to public servants (teachers, health workers) in your areaIdentify new potential private companies/InsititutionsSupport cluster meetings at schools and health officesRecruit new members and assist with form completionFollow up with prospective members and report weekly progressWhat You GetCommission-based earnings per member recruited (plus base allowance)Training providedOpportunity to grow into a Local Peer Champion / Brand Ambassador roleHOW TO APPLY Drop off your application CV and cover letter at Polymed SACCO branch or recruitmentpolymedsacco@gmail.com by 7th September 2026 and indicate your preferred district
