## Job Description

Sales Jobs. Gosmart Jobs. Sales Representative promoting and selling sofas and other company products, requiring good communication and interpersonal skills with previous sales experience as an advantage, in a retail environment, on-site role in Eldoret.

We are looking for a motivated and proactive Sales Representative to join our team in Eldoret. This is a full-time, office-based position with commission-based incentives for sales performance.

The role will primarily focus on promoting and selling our range of sofas, while also supporting sales of other company products. We are looking for someone who will actively engage customers, follow up on leads, and seek out new sales opportunities rather than simply waiting for customers to make contact.

### Key Responsibilities

- Actively promote and sell sofas and other company products.

- Attend to customers and assist with product inquiries and purchases.

- Follow up with potential leads and existing customers to generate sales.

- Contact customers regarding quotations, orders, payments, and follow-ups.

- Respond to customer inquiries through phone, WhatsApp, and other company communication channels.

- Build and maintain good customer relationships and encourage repeat business.

- Keep track of customer inquiries, follow-ups, and orders.

- Work toward sales targets and earn commission based on performance.

- Assist with other sales and customer-related duties as required.

Requirements

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Confident and comfortable speaking with customers.

- Proactive and willing to reach out to customers to generate business.

- Basic computer skills.

- Organized and consistent with customer follow-ups.

- Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team.

- Previous sales experience is an advantage but not essential.
