Job Title: Sales Personnel

Coptic Hospital is inviting applications from suitably qualified, motivated, and results-driven individuals for the position of Sales Personnel.

Key Responsibilities

- Promote and market the hospital’s services to prospective clients, organizations, and partners.

- Identify and develop new business opportunities.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

- Conduct client visits and presentations where required.

- Follow up on leads, enquiries, and potential business opportunities.

- Achieve set sales and business development targets.

- Prepare and submit regular sales reports.

- Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for growth.

- Represent the hospital professionally at meetings, events, and other promotional activities.

- Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure excellent client service.

- Perform any other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Grade 12 Certificate.

- Diploma in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, or a related field; a degree will be an added advantage.

- Previous experience in sales, marketing, or business development is required.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Strong customer-service and relationship-building skills.

- Target-oriented, self-motivated, and results-driven.

- Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Must be professional, presentable, honest, and trustworthy.

- Verification of all qualifications by ZAQA is required.
