As a Sales & Marketing Executive at Prime Location Properties Limited, you will play a crucial role in driving the company’s success by generating leads, promoting residential land developments, and closing sales. ### Key Responsibilities

- Generate and convert sales leads through proactive outreach

- Conduct property site visits and provide tailored client consultations

- Promote residential land developments using digital and offline marketing campaigns

- Build and maintain strong client relationships through networking and referrals

- Prepare detailed sales proposals and flexible payment plans

- Negotiate terms and successfully close sales agreements

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records

- Consistently meet weekly and monthly sales targets

### Candidate Requirements for Sales and Marketing Jobs in Lusaka

- Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field

- Minimum of three years’ experience in sales, marketing, or real estate

- Experience in property sales is advantageous
