## Job Description

Sales & Marketing Jobs, Swahili Coast Farms Jobs. Responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing sales activities, building customer and distributor relationships, identifying new business opportunities, monitoring sales targets, analysing market trends, and preparing sales reports. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or a related field. The position is based in Kwale and requires on-site work.

### Role Summary

They’re looking for a results-driven Sales Manager to drive our sales growth, build strategic partnerships and grow our brand in the food and hospitality industry.

Location: Diani, Kwale County

### Key Responsibilities

- Drive direct sales through B2B channels in the hotel and food industry.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with restaurants, hotels and other hospitality players. Collaborate with chefs to grow demand.

- Organize oyster tasting events, farm tours and brand activations.

- Represent SCF at trade fairs, exhibitions and forums.

- Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities.

- Collect sales, financial and impact data from the ground.

- Perform ad hoc duties as assigned.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality or related field.

- Minimum 5 years’ experience in sales, preferably in food, hospitality, FMCG or seafood industries.

- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

- Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship management skills.

- Self-motivated, organized and able to work independently in a startup environment.

- Passion for food, sustainability and community impact.
