### Job Role: Sales Floor Assistant

### Responsibilities

To provide efficient, quality customer retention and service.

- Provide excellent customer service, answering questions and helping customers find products

- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor

- Restock shelves, display, and inventory as needed

- Support sales goals and promotions

- Work with a team to ensure a positive shopping experience

- Check for and remove expired or damaged items from shelves

- Selecting and placing goods on shelves, checking for stock levels and ensuring products are neat and tidy

- Must be able to replenish stock outs and proper stock handling

- Receive and store goods in the required area

- Prepare, prepack and merchandise stock

- Must be familiar with FIFO

- Ensure that the damages and expiry procedures are adequately followed

### Education/Experience

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Food handlers’ certification & food production certification

- 1–2 yrs of experience in merchandising products

- Basic knowledge in sales floor/shelf packer

- Good communication and problem solving skills

- Physical fitness and ability to work at heights

- Candidate should be medically fit

### Skills, abilities, knowledge, licenses, certifications

- Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment

- Must be able to stay calm and focused

- Interpersonal skills

- Supervisory skills – ability to train employees to use time efficiently and to be uncompromising regarding service delivery

Physical Exam Required: Medical Report & Police Clearance
