### Job Role: Sales Floor Assistant

### Responsibilities

To provide efficient, quality customer retention and service.

- Provide excellent customer service, answering questions and helping customers find products.

- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor.

- Restock shelves, display, and inventory as needed.

- Support sales goals and promotions.

- Work with team to ensure a positive shopping experience.

- Check for and remove expired or damaged items from shelves.

- Select and place goods on shelves, checking for stock levels and ensuring products are neat and tidy.

- Must be able to replenish stock-outs and proper stock handling.

- Receive and store goods in the required area.

- Prepare, prepack and merchandise stock.

- Must be familiar with FIFO.

- Ensure that the damages and expiry procedures are adequately followed.

### Education/Experience

- High school diploma or equivalent.

- Food handlers’ certification & food production certification.

- 1–2 yrs of experience in merchandising products.

- Basic knowledge in sales floor/shelf packer.

- Good communication and problem-solving skills.

- Physical fitness and ability to work at heights.

- Candidate should be medically fit.

- Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment.

- Must be able to stay calm and focused.

- Interpersonal skills.

- Supervisory skills – ability to train Employees to use time efficiently and to be uncompromising regarding service delivery.

Physical Exam Required: Medical Report & Police Clearance
