### SALES EXECUTIVE (04)

Department: Commercial Operations
Reports To: Business Development Supervisor
Location: Copperbelt (Kitwe, Ndola), Central (Kabwe), Southern (Choma)
Job Type: Full time

### KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Acquire and onboard new schools and educational institutions.

- Present and promote SchoolPay’s payment and ERP solutions.

- Drive school activation, transaction growth and revenue.

- Train and support schools to ensure sustained platform usage.

- Manage the sales pipeline and achieve assigned targets.

- Conduct field visits and maintain strong client relationships.

- Provide market intelligence and timely performance reports.

### REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce or a related field.

- At least two years’ experience in sales or business development.

- Proven ability to meet acquisition and revenue targets.

- Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.

- Experience in fintech, banking, technology or education is an advantage.

- Willingness to undertake regular field travel.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital reporting tools.
