### Key Responsibilities

- Convert company-generated leads into successful property sales.

- Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent follow-ups.

- Guide clients throughout the property acquisition journey.

- Conduct property viewings and site visits.

- Maintain accurate client records in the CRM system.

- Advise clients on investment opportunities and property options.

What We’re Looking For

- Diploma in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.

- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales (real estate experience is an added advantage).

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

- Strong customer service orientation and passion for sales.
