### The role 

You will be responsible for growing company’s bookings through travel agent partnerships, corporate accounts, and direct channel relationships. You will be our primary sales contact — managing outreach, maintaining agent relationships, attending trade events, and converting enquiries into confirmed bookings.

What you will do

Build and manage a portfolio of 100+ active travel agent and DMC relationships

Represent The company at trade meetings, site visits, and industry networking events

Respond to agent enquiries within 4 hours and convert leads into bookings

Pitch and close corporate retreat and MICE packages to Nairobi-based companies

Maintain a weekly pipeline tracker and report to the owner fortnightly

Co-ordinate FAM trips and agent site visits with the property manager

What we are looking for

2–4 years in hospitality sales, travel agency contracting, or lodge/camp business development

An existing network of Nairobi-based travel agents, DMCs, or corporate bookers is a significant advantage

Self-managed and comfortable working without daily oversight

Excellent written and verbal communication; polished WhatsApp and email manner

Genuine passion for the Kenyan hospitality industry
