POSITION: Sales Executive – Ndola (1) and Lusaka (1)

Overview

Sure Marks Limited is a well-established business which offers a wide range of stationery, computer systems, maintenance and support services to corporate organizations across the country and beyond.

We are seeking dynamic Sales Executives to develop, implement, and lead our marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and achieve our business objectives. This role requires a blend of creative thinking, strategic planning, and analytical skills to manage campaigns across various channels and meet set targets.

Key Duties

• Identify new business opportunities.
• Development of new client relationship.
• Taking the lead in managing client relationship and ensure management is kept informed of marketing opportunities and business development.
• Ensure that you are well equipped with marketing strategies.
• Developing marketing strategies to maximize utilization of company equipment and capabilities.
• Liaise with clients to ensure that all necessary information is obtained in order to fulfill and exceed their expectations.
• Ensure that customer satisfaction is upheld on a daily basis.
• Ensure that monthly reports are submitted on the 05th of every month.
• Ensure that the working place is kept clean at all times.
• Any other duty assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications

• Must have a full Grade 12 Certificate.
• Tertiary academic qualification in any business-related course.
• Driver’s License is an added advantage.
• Must be computer literate.
