### Position: Sales & Distribution Supervisor

National Breweries PLC is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Distribution Supervisor to drive volume growth, customer excellence and distribution effectiveness. The successful candidate will identify market opportunities, execute sales plans, manage customer relationships and ensure efficient distribution operations.

### Key Responsibilities

- Assess market opportunities, identify sales gaps and monitor competitor activity.

- Develop and execute sales and distribution plans to achieve volume and market share targets.

- Generate orders and ensure effective in-market execution.

- Manage distribution processes, routing, scheduling and delivery performance.

- Monitor and report on key sales and distribution KPIs.

- Build strong customer relationships and maintain the corporate image.

- Ensure effective use of sales systems and information management processes.

- Lead performance management and employee development activities.

### Minimum Qualifications and Experience

- Graduate Degree in Sales, Marketing or a related business discipline.

- 3+ years’ experience as a Sales & Distribution Supervisor in a similar sales environment.

- Valid Driver’s License.
