JOB VACANCY | SALES & DISTRIBUTION SUPERVISORLocation: Lilongwe, MalawiIndustry: Beverage / FMCGA reputable beverage company is inviting applications from suitably qualified candidates for the position of Sales & Distribution Supervisor.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Monitor and supervise sales vehicles and sales routes.- Monitor and support the sales team on a daily basis.- Visit customers and develop good customer relationships.- Monitor sales, collections and customer orders.- Ensure proper distribution and availability of products.- Check vehicle stock loading and sales returns.- Prepare daily and weekly sales reports.- Monitor sales targets and team performance.- Report market feedback and customer complaints.- Ensure company vehicles and sales equipment are properly maintained.QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE- Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.- 2–3 years of experience in sales, distribution or FMCG is preferred.- Good communication and customer-handling skills.- Good computer and reporting skills.- Valid driving licence is an added advantage.HOW TO APPLYInterested candidates should send their CV to:Email: hr.lilongwebeverages@gmail.comDeadline: 25 September 2026Location: Lilongwe, Malawi
