Sales Assistant Job Type Full Time Qualification Diploma Experience 2 years Location Nairobi Job Field Sales and Business Development ### Job Purpose To provide high class customer service and increase company’s growth and revenue through sales maximization; by making sure that Vivo customers receive exceptional service at the retail outlets, that the outlets are maintained to high Visual and Housekeeping standards and to carry out required processes and activities related to revenue collection and management of inventory and other assets held at store. ### Key Responsibilities Boost sales by providing top-notch customer service and ensuring high satisfaction. Meet customer needs and handle requests quickly and politely. Manage sales support tasks and maintain store cleanliness. Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and stock movements. Arrange and store products in designated areas for easy retrieval and efficient space utilization. Ensure timely fulfillment of orders and distribution of goods to meet operational needs. Keep store displays and merchandising up to brand standards. Implement and communicate special offers and promotions. Collect and share customer feedback to help improve our service.
