## Job Description

Sales & Marketing Jobs, Boma Hotels Jobs. Responsible for managing leisure and corporate client accounts, developing new business, maintaining customer relationships, promoting hotel services, preparing sales proposals, and achieving revenue targets. Requires a relevant qualification in sales, marketing, hospitality, business administration, or a related field. The position is based in Nairobi and requires on-site work.

They are seeking dynamic, results-driven, and customer-focused Sales Account Managers to join our Sales & Marketing team. The successful candidates will be responsible for managing and growing client relationships, driving revenue, and developing new business opportunities within their respective market segments

Qualifications

- Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, Hospitality, Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in hotel sales, preferably within the relevant market segment.

- Proven experience managing corporate, leisure, or travel trade accounts will be an added advantage. Strong knowledge of the hospitality and tourism market.

- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Strong customer relationship management skills.

- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.

- Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with different departments.

- Willingness to travel for client visits and business development activities.
