## Job Description

JOB DETAILS

Job Summary:   Working through volunteers, donors and partners, the Foundation seeks to preserve and enhance the Cathedral's heritage while supporting priority development projects for future generations. The Foundation is seeking a dynamic, self-motivated and results-oriented individual to lead its fundraising, stakeholder engagement, communications and donor management activities.

### Key Duties and Responsibilities

- Build and maintain relationships with donors, sponsors, partners and other stakeholders.

- Manage and grow the Foundation's donor and stakeholder database.

- Coordinate fundraising campaigns and resource mobilisation activities.

- Identify new funding opportunities and support proposal development.

- Manage the Foundation's website, social media and communication platforms.

- Prepare newsletters, donor updates, publicity materials and reports.

- Organise stakeholder engagement and donor appreciation activities.

### Qualifications, Skills and Experience

- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, Development Studies, Public Relations or any other related field.

- At least 2 years' relevant experience in fundraising, communications, stakeholder engagement, donor relations or business development.

- Experience in database management, digital communications and social media management.

- Strong computer, communication and organisational skills.
