JOB DETAILS

Job Summary:   Working through volunteers, donors and partners, the Foundation seeks to preserve and enhance the Cathedral's heritage while supporting priority development projects for future generations. The Foundation is seeking a dynamic, self-motivated and results-oriented individual to lead its fundraising, stakeholder engagement, communications and donor management activities.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with donors, sponsors, partners and other stakeholders.
• Manage and grow the Foundation's donor and stakeholder database.
• Coordinate fundraising campaigns and resource mobilisation activities.
• Identify new funding opportunities and support proposal development.
• Manage the Foundation's website, social media and communication platforms.
• Prepare newsletters, donor updates, publicity materials and reports.
• Organise stakeholder engagement and donor appreciation activities.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, Development Studies, Public Relations or any other related field.
• At least 2 years' relevant experience in fundraising, communications, stakeholder engagement, donor relations or business development.
• Experience in database management, digital communications and social media management.
• Strong computer, communication and organisational skills.
