## Job Description

Position: (Brief description)A commercially savvy technical salesperson, familiar with selling into the construction sector (or a similar technical environment), who is able to develop strategies on how to grow their sales; customer base; and channels to market in an effective and sustainable way.

Key deliverables :
Service the customer base effectively and build strong relationshipsProspect for new customersGood product knowledgeEffective marketing of new and existing productsEffective lead management and conversion rate of leadsFamiliarity with the construction market (preferred but not essential)Proper administration of CRMAdherence to sales policies and proceduresTimeous and effective response to customerContribution to the team effortRequirements:
5+ years sales experience in hardware/ construction or industrial industries.Sales/ Marketing degree or diplomaExperience using CRM systems and managing customer bases.Experience with territory/ time managementExperience tracking projects/ opportunities
