Sales & Marketing Jobs, Ngao Credit Jobs. Responsible for managing customer relationships, identifying lending opportunities, assessing loan applications, following up on repayments, and supporting business growth. Requires a relevant qualification in finance, credit management, banking, business, or a related field. The position is based in Machakos and requires on-site work.

Key Responsibilities

• Meeting monthly loan disbursement targets.
• PAR maintained at 10% or below.
• Preparing weekly marketing and activation plans
• Generate New business & cross sell NCL products to existing customers
• Create market awareness for the company’s product.

Qualifications

• Degree in Sales & Marketing/ business related field
• Proficient in using Microsoft office applications
• Experience in import financing will be an added advantage.
• Training on NCL Marketing plan and policies & procedures
