Educational Background

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Economics, Accounting, Banking or Business.
• Professional banking or finance qualifications (ACCA, CIMA, CFA, ZICA) are an added advantage.
• Knowledge of Zambian business sectors and market dynamics.

Professional Experience

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in SME/Business/Corporate Banking.
• Strong sales and relationship management skills.
