VACANCY ANNOUNCEMENT@ EPAY MOBILE MONEY POSITION: REGIONAL SUPERVISOR- EASTERN Location: ZombaOVERVIEW Epay mobile money is inviting applications for suitably qualified candidate to fill the position of Regional Supervisor in Eastern regionEpay Mobile Money delivers digital payment services across Malawi. The services include; Money transfer, merchant payments and bill payment. The focus stays on safe, affordable, and accessible financial services.Position: Regional SupervisorLocation: ZombaReporting to: Marketing Manager / Senior Customer Experience OfficerJob PurposeThe Regional Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing operational activities across the region, Ensuring the efficiently delivery of EPAY Financial services to emerge consumers. You will play a crucial part in implementing operational strategies and maintain high service standard with the management and framework of the company.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee and Manage daily regional activities to ensure efficiency and effectivenessImplement and optimize operational strategies for money transfer and other financial servicesMonitor Key Performance Indicators KIPs and identify areas for process improvementLead, train and mentor sales and marketing team within designated regionCollaborate with cross functional team to streamline workflows and enhance customer satisfactionManage operations budgets and resources efficientlySet regional sales and marketing goals that match overall company targetsSkills and Qualificationsbachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related fieldExperience in customer services, sales and marketing, mobile money or operationsExperience in supervising staffStrong leadership and communication skillsStrong customer services and problem-solving skillsBasic computer skills and report- writing abilityHigh level of integrity, accuracy and accountabilityAbility to work under pressure and meet targetsMethod of ApplicationInterested candidates should submit their application letter, updated curriculum vitae (CV), three traceable referees, and attach copies of relevant certificates to smphamba@epay.mwClosing Date14th August, 2026Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
