## Job Description

Responsible for leading regional sales activities, managing customer relationships, developing sales strategies, supervising sales teams, and driving revenue growth. Requires a relevant qualification in sales, marketing, business administration, or a related field. The position is based in North Rift and requires on-site work.

They are looking for a results-driven individual to drive revenue growth within the North Rift region through strong account management, effective retail execution, and close collaboration with the regional distributors.

### Key Responsibilities

- Drive revenue and achieve sales targets within the assigned region.

- Manage key retail accounts and execute commercial plans Ensure effective retail coverage.

- Monitor and grow secondary sales performance. Enforce pricing compliance and track market activities.

- Uphold high standards of in-store execution (visibility & merchandising).

Qualifications

- Diploma in Business, Marketing or a related field.

- 4-8 years FMCG sales experience. Strong communication and negotiation skills.

- Understanding of retail environment in the North Rift.

- Excellent relationship management skills.

- High execution and results driven.
