Mustard Seed is one of South Africa’s leading shopping centre marketing agencies, and as our portfolio continues to expand, we’re looking for a Regional Marketing Manager to join our Gauteng team. We’re after someone who gets retail, understands pressure, can manage people and clients without dropping balls, and still brings energy, creativity and strategic thinking to the table. This is not a sit-back-and-maintain role. This is for someone who wants to build, lead, create and grow with a fast-moving agency making serious noise in the retail property space. What you'll be doing: Managing multiple shopping centre portfoliosLeading regional marketing teamsDriving strategic retail campaigns from concept to rolloutBuilding strong client relationshipsWorking closely with operations, digital, design and procurement teamsKeeping campaigns moving, clients happy and standards highTravel forms part of the role. What we're looking for: Minimum 5 years’ experience in a management roleProven experience managing multiple clients and/or portfoliosShopping centre / retail marketing experience is non-negotiableMarketing / PR / communications qualificationStrong strategic and campaign management abilityExcellent relationship and stakeholder management skillsOrganised, proactive and solutions-drivenSomeone who can lead with confidence and keep momentum movingWhy Mustard Seed?
