JOB DETAILS

Job Summary:   To ensure recruitment, sales, and portfolio quality targets are consistently achieved, while guiding field engagement activities in marketing and collections to drive sustainable growth and client satisfaction.

### Key Duties and Responsibilities

- Lead and supervise regional operations to achieve sales, recruitment and portfolio quality targets.

- Drive customer acquisition, market expansion, and field engagement initiatives to grow the regional business.

- Ensure high portfolio quality through effective credit risk management, loan monitoring, and collections oversight.

- Provide leadership, coaching, and performance management to regional teams, fostering a high performance culture.

- Oversee the end-to-end credit process, ensuring compliance with lending policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

- Conduct regular branch visits and performance reviews, identifying operational gaps and implementing corrective actions.

- Monitor regional performance against key business indicators, preparing reports and recommending strategies for continuous improvement.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders while driving process improvements and enhancing customer satisfaction.

### Qualifications, Skills and Experience

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.

- At least 3 years' experience in a similar managerial role, preferably within a financial institution.

- A professional qualification in Sales and Marketing is an added advantage.

- Proven sales, business development, and customer relationship management skills.

- Strong analytical, numerical, and problem solving skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word
