Job description
Recovery Team Leader – Logbooks at Progressive Credit. Responsible for overseeing the management and processing of title deeds. Requires a relevant qualification in finance, banking, credit management, business administration, or a related field The role is based in Nairobi with duties performed on-site.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead logbook debt recovery operations
- Manage classified loans & collections
- Oversee vehicle, motorbike & Tuk Tuk recovery
- Supervise recovery teams & service providers
- Ensure compliance with policies & legal requirements
- Prepare recovery & performance reports
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Commerce, Finance or Banking
- CCP or equivalent credit qualification
- 5–8+ years’ debt recovery experience
- 3+ years in a supervisory/leadership role
- Knowledge of NTSA, collateral realization & vehicle repossession
- Strong leadership, negotiation & communication skills
