responsibilities
will include negotiating repayment plans, implementing recovery strategies, and ensuring compliance with institutional policies and procedures. This position demands a proactive approach to communication and a strong focus on achieving recovery targets.
Key Responsibilities
Contact delinquent borrowers through phone calls, emails, SMS, and in-person visits to recover outstanding loan balances. Manage a portfolio of delinquent accounts by prioritizing cases based on risk and outstanding amounts. Trace clients who have updated their contact details or relocated to ensure continued communication. Maintain detailed and accurate records of all recovery activities, including communication logs, payment agreements, and any legal proceedings. Prepare comprehensive reports on recovery progress, portfolio performance, and any challenges encountered.
Qualifications
and Experience Required Minimum of a Diploma in Social Science or a related discipline. Demonstrated experience in loan recoveries, debt management, or collections. Valid Driver’s License is mandatory. Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team environment. Strong communication and interpersonal
skills
to effectively engage with clients. High ethical standards and integrity. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
