### VACANCIES: RECEPTIONIST & HOUSEKEEPER

2030 View Lodge, a hospitality establishment in Lusaka, is looking for dedicated, hardworking, and customer-focused individuals to join our team in the following positions:

### 1. RECEPTIONIST

The successful candidate will be responsible for welcoming guests, handling check-ins and check-outs, managing reservations, responding to guest enquiries, handling telephone calls, processing payments, and maintaining accurate front-office records.

### Minimum Qualifications & Requirements

- Grade 12 Certificate.

- Certificate or Diploma in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Hotel Management, or a related field is an added advantage.

- Previous experience in a hotel, lodge, or similar hospitality environment.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Basic computer skills, including email and Microsoft Office.

- Good customer-service skills and professional appearance.

- Ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

- Ability to work under pressure and handle guests professionally.

### 2. HOUSEKEEPER

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in guest rooms, public areas, bathrooms, and other assigned areas of the lodge.

### Minimum Qualifications & Requirements

- Grade 12 Certificate is preferred.

- Certificate in Housekeeping, Hospitality, Hotel Management, or a related field is an added advantage.

- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience in a hotel, lodge, guesthouse, or similar establishment.

- Good knowledge of cleaning procedures and hygiene standards.

- Attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness.

- Honest, reliable, hardworking, and physically fit.

- Good communication and teamwork skills.

- Ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
