## Job Description

Salary: KES 70,000 Gross per Month + sales commisions

### Key Responsibilities

 
- Market and sell residential, commercial and investment properties.
 
- Identify potential buyers, investors and property clients.
 
- Generate sales leads through networking, referrals and digital marketing.
 
- Arrange and conduct property viewings and site visits.
 
- Negotiate with prospective buyers and successfully close sales.
 
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
 
- Research property market trends, pricing and competitor activities.
 
- Prepare sales reports and ensure achievement of monthly sales targets.

### Requirements

 
- Diploma or Bachelors degree in Real Estate, Sales & Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
 
- At least 3 years experience in real estate sales.
 
- Proven track record in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
 
- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
 
- Good knowledge of the local property market.
 
- Self-driven, target-oriented and professional.
 
- Valid driving licence will be an added advantage.
