## Job Description

Radiographer position at Scion Hospital operating imaging equipment to produce high-quality diagnostic images, requiring a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Radiography with a valid license and practicing license, in a healthcare environment, on-site role.

We are seeking a qualified, patient-focused Radiographer to join our Diagnostic Imaging team. In this role, you will operate imaging equipment to produce high-quality diagnostic images, ensure safe radiation practices, and deliver compassionate care to our patients.

### ​Key Responsibilities

- ​Perform routine and emergency diagnostic X-rays and imaging procedures.

- ​Ensure proper patient positioning, safety, and comfort throughout examinations.

- ​Adhere strictly to radiation safety guidelines and quality assurance standards.

- ​Maintain imaging equipment and report any technical faults promptly.

- ​Collaborate effectively with doctors, and clinical staff to facilitate prompt diagnoses.

Qualifications and requirements.

- ​Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Radiography / Medical Imaging Sciences.

- ​Valid license/registration with the relevant professional council.

- ​Current practicing license.

- ​Proven experience operating digital X-ray and diagnostic imaging systems (CT/MRI experience is an added advantage).

- ​Strong interpersonal skills, empathy, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced clinical environment.
