Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or a related field.

- Professional Membership i.e IQSK, BORAQS.

- Minimum 4 years’ experience in quantity surveying.

- Proficiency in quantity surveying software and tools.

- Strong knowledge of construction methods and materials.

- Excellent numerical and analytical skills.

- Strong negotiation and communication skills.

- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.

- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
