Job description
Job Purpose
- The Quality Controller is responsible for ensuring that set Quality parameters are adhered to in production. They are to implement and enforce Food Safety and HACCP standards as per the set ISO standards.
Qualifications
- Degree/Diploma in Food Science
- Knowledge of ISO Standards – Food Safety Systems, HACCP & Quality Management Systems
- Trainings – Cereals Grading, Aflatoxin Testing, HACCP – added advantage
- Knowledge on organic foods is an added advantage
Experience
- Over 2 years’ experience working in the Manufacturing industry – Milling Sector
