He/she will assist in the development of standards to meet quality requirements.Duties and ResponsibilitiesSupport the New Product Development (NPD) & Operations team by collecting test data, drafting reports, and giving quality feedback throughout the test period.Ensure the technical documents required for production meet document control and revision requirements.Analyse data to identify trends in product quality or defects to mitigate and prevent recurrence and future defects. Identify root causes of problems in the production process; recommend and/or implement corrective measures.Conduct an audit on quality jigs and fixtures, tools, and equipment to ensure they are calibrated and up to date.Ensure that products meet the organization, customers’ quality, and product integrity requirements.Ensure manufacturing processes comply with industry standards and regulations. Identify possible areas for improvement in quality control processes.Skills and ExperienceBachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering.Minimum of 2 years of experience in the manufacturing or production environment, preferably in QA/QC or process engineering.Working knowledge of quality control methodologies.Experience in inspection and testing processes, including the use of measuring instruments.Strong data analysis

skills
